Key Responsibilities
Revenue Optimization & Strategy
* Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all restaurant locations.
* Monitor and adjust menu pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives based on market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
* Partner with operations and marketing teams to align promotions with revenue goals.
Forecasting & Financial Analysis
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
* Analyze sales data, labor costs, occupancy patterns, and customer demand to identify revenue opportunities.
* Provide actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Data & Market Analysis
* Conduct market research to track competitor pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
* Evaluate guest demand patterns, seasonality, and special events to optimize planning.
* Leverage analytical tools and restaurant POS systems to identify revenue leakage and margin opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with General Managers, Finance, and Marketing teams to implement revenue strategies at the location level.
* Support new restaurant openings by providing revenue models and launch strategies.
* Present revenue performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field (Masters degree a plus).
5+ years of proven revenue management experience in restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in **Excel, data visualization, and forecasting tools**.
* Experience with **restaurant POS systems, accounting platforms, and reporting dashboards**.
* Knowledge of F\&B cost structures, pricing models, and restaurant industry dynamics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
