What You'll Do:
Develop and enforce safety policies and best practices across construction sites
Lead site inspections, audits, and safety trainings
Partner with field teams to ensure OSHA compliance and a strong safety culture
Investigate incidents and implement proactive prevention strategies
Maintain detailed safety documentation and reporting
What You Bring:
5+ years of construction safety management experience
BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field
CSP certification (preferred)
Deep knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Tech-savvy, with comfort using Microsoft Office and safety-related software
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
