We’re looking for a Regional Sales Trainer to join our growing team in Illinois and someone who’s ready to hit the road, coach our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and drive real results in membership sales.

What You’ll Do:  

• Travel throughout the Chicago market (5 sites within a 75-mile radius) plus occasional trips to Central Illinois (about once a month).
• Lead high-energy, hands-on sales coaching sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Train and onboard new CSRs on sales techniques, membership benefits, and our brand standards.
• Help underperforming locations get back on track with targeted coaching and support.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to make sure our training aligns with active campaigns and company goals.
