Job Description

Search Engine Marketing Specialist Location Kansas City, KS :

Dream Enterprise Inc. seeks a Search Engine Marketing Specialist focusing on Google Ads,

Bing Ads, Social Ads, and organic optimization efforts.

Responsibilities:

 Create, Monitor, and Update Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
 Produce the daily Search and Social reporting.
 Create organic and paid social media posts.
 Measure and test which social media posts generate the most engagement.
 Create daily work summaries.
 Create metric and KPI-based reporting.
 Research additional lead generation companies.
 Monitor and manage budgets.
 Conduct Ad and social media ad experiments.
 Work with SEM vendor and internal teams to move campaigns in-house this includes
Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
 Understanding of SEO and how to optimize websites.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
 3 years' experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads
 Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
 Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Tag Manager (certification a
plus).
 Ability to troubleshoot and find resolutions.
 Working knowledge of Bing Ads.
 Working knowledge of Facebook Ads.
