Salary: $98,853 - 158,500 per year Requirements:

• To be considered for this role, I require that you have:
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying GenAI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including transformers, embeddings, supervised learning, and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, orchestration frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and responsible AI governance.
• Robust communication and collaboration abilities to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, I expect you to:
• Transform innovation into actionable outcomes by converting GenAI concepts into organized solution proposals and development strategies that align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Provide architectural guidance by delivering hands-on solutions and insight across various GenAI use cases to ensure feasibility, scalability, and measurable impact on business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment, clarity, and momentum throughout all phases of the innovation lifecycle.
• Demonstrate both breadth and depth in AI knowledge and skills, including expertise in supervised learning, transformers, embeddings, and GenAI orchestration frameworks.
• Apply strategic contextualization by framing GenAI capabilities within broader business strategies and innovation governance, integrating responsible AI principles, model evaluation, and RAG architectures.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $98,853 to $158,500, depending on your experience and qualifications. Furthermore, this role is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, contingent on performance and the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
