Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Advisor with deep, recent experience in hospice operations and leadership. This contract role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has successfully managed hospice businesses and can provide strategic guidance on scaling services, optimizing care delivery, and navigating regulatory and reimbursement complexities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on hospice operations, compliance, and performance improvement
• Provide insight into staffing models, reimbursement strategies, and quality metrics 
• Support project delivery, including scope, timelines, and client communications 
• Contribute to business development through proposals and market research 
• Guide clients through industry shifts such as value-based care and CMS changes 

What You Bring

• 8+ years in hospice leadership or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field – Master’s degree is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations, financials, and patient-centered care 
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently 
• Limited travel; primarily remote
