We're partnering with a fintech client to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their team.
This position will focus on:
- Auditing and optimizing a 10+ year Salesforce org to improve performance.
- Driving adoption across Sales Cloud, Tableau, Slack, and HubSpot integrations.
- Unlocking the value of historical data to identify new opportunities and revenue streams.
- Building dashboards and reports that deliver insights to sales leadership and the board.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of Salesforce Admin experience (Sales Cloud required).
Strong track record in org clean-up, optimization, and adoption.
Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin a plus).
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
