Role: Senior/Staff Software Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (North America — ET to PT time zones)
Compensation: $180,000–$230,000 + Competitive Equity

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable, secure backend services capable of handling enterprise workloads
• Design and develop distributed, high-availability systems
• Uphold and advance security best practices across the stack (web, backend, infrastructure)
• Design APIs (web and service-to-service), model database schemas, and create robust integration patterns
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering throughout the development lifecycle

Who You Are

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience , ideally with backend focus
• Deep experience with Go or Java
• Passionate about building high-quality, secure systems
• Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

Tech Stack

• Go (primary backend language)

Work Environment

• Fully remote within U.S./Canadian time zones (ET ↔ PT)
