**Only Apply if you have this Experience **

* 3+ years owning Local SEO for a single brand or agency clients.
* Mastery of SEO Neo. You can plan, launch, and manage full campaigns.
* Strong with Google Business Profile growth, proximity tactics, grid tracking, and posts.
* Experience with factors for getting cited on LLMs and Google AI Overviews
* Hands-on with tiered link architecture using safe buffers. You know when and how to point links to Google Sites, cloud stacks, and Web 2.0s.
* SEO Tools: Ahrefs or Majestic or SearchAtlas, RankMath, Google Search Console, indexers.

**Nice to have:** Experience with GSA, SearchAtlas, Staxio, YACSS, WordPress, press releases, Fiverr/Legiit vendor management.

**Candidate requirements**

* 45 to 50 hours weekly.
* Single full-time commitment.
* Elite organization and follow-through.
* Excellent written English. Clear video and screen-share communication.
* Strong analytical mindset. You enjoy testing, measuring, and iterating.

**Workstation requirements**

* Work from home with little distractions
* At least 10mbps internet connection
* Backup internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
* Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
* Backup laptop or desktop

**Role outcomes**

You will own Local SEO growth. You will create the plan, execute it, and report results weekly.

**Core responsibilities**

* Plan and run SEO Neo campaigns for on-page, GBP, proximity, and automation features.
* Architect tiered link flows. Tier-1 managed buffers only. Tier-2+ via cloud stacks, Web 2.0s, and GSA. Manage indexation.
* Vendor management on Legiit or similar for specialized seo services
* Parasite and entity reinforcement. Launch posts on strong third-party sites to win quicker. Track rankings and traffic to target and supporting pages.
* LLM rankings. Create brand mentions, image-based links, and signals that increase inclusion in “best [service] in Phoenix” answers.
* Reporting. Weekly dashboards and a short written summary of wins, issues, and next actions
