Telecom specific module experience OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer is Mandatory.

No generic ServiceNow experience is considered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. As a ServiceNow Telecom Developer, you will be responsible for developing and configuring applications in line with the design recommendation from architects/Tech Leads to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a technology subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
2. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
3. Hands-on Experience in OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer components
4. Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
5. Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development practices.
9. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
10. Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
11. Create and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
12. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
13. Ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
14. Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
15. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
16. Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables.
17. Configure workflows, notifications, and access controls.
18. Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
19. Document workflows, processes, and configurations.
20. Certification in CSA / CAD / CIS
