• Seeking a contingent ServiceNow developer who can rapidly integrate with the team and contribute to burning down this backlog.
• This role is critical to maintaining momentum on platform modernization efforts and ensuring delivery against strategic priorities.
• Work alongside existing platform engineers to resolve backlog items prioritized as critical or high impact, including production stability enhancements and compliance automation.
• Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, and evidence capture mechanisms.
• Rest integrations with some custom spokes but limited.
• Expertise in Catalog Items, Flow Designer, business rules, Form/UI Enhancement.
• Possess a strong background in Snow Inventory Install and Admin with proven experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in Service Now Work Model to effectively manage workflows.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in geospatial data management and system administration.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
