Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Our client, a global consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Developer with Top Secret clearance to join the team remotely on a contract basis The successful candidate will work on implementing, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions across the business.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) applications, including Employee Service Center (ESC), Case Management and Knowledge Management.
Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet the specific needs of the business.
Develop, test and deploy custom ServiceNow HRSD solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems as needed, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with security protocols.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with ServiceNow HRSD modules and related configurations.
Develop and maintain workflows, service catalog items, and automation to streamline HR processes.
Maintain and enhance the HRSD application based on user feedback and emerging HR service requirements.
Ensure all custom development is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
Skillset
Top Secret Clearance required for access to classified information.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on HRSD modules (e.g. Employee Service Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management).
Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration, including experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD workflows, service catalog items and automation.
Familiarity with integration best practices and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong understanding of HR service management processes and best practices.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and ServiceNow HRSD or related certifications (CIS – HRSD) is a plus.
Experience working with military or government clients and understanding of government-specific security requirements and compliance standards is a bonus.
Ability to work in a highly confidential and secure environment, handling sensitive and classified information.
