What We Offer:

• High Commission Rates: Earn between $100K to $250K + annually, with average commissions of $8K+ per sale on average.

Your Role:

• Some Leads Provided: We market online for leads for our closers.
• Generate Your Own Leads: Use your skills in prospecting homeowners, social media, personal networking, and referrals to build a robust client pipeline.
• Consultative Sales Approach: Educate homeowners on solar options, tailor solutions to their needs, and guide them through the installation process.
• Drive Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings and benefits.

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Sales Professionals: If you experience in Solar Sales or have experience in home improvement, pest control, alarms, or in-home sales, your background is valuable to us.
• Self-Motivated: Thrive in a commission-based role, with the drive to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Excellent Communicator: Build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate their needs and solutions.
