Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong project management foundation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A PMP certification is required, and experience in cybersecurity projects is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management for multiple, simultaneous technical and business initiatives.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful project outcomes.
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate effectively when necessary.
- Establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure continuous learning.
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across the project lifecycle.
- Partner with technical teams, including engineering and cybersecurity, to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP certification (required).
- 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive proactive resolution.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering projects in cybersecurity.
- Experience implementing or improving project management processes, tools, or methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience working with cross-functional global or remote teams.
