You will be responsible for leading a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization. In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as category manager for all 3rd party supplier procurement requirements supporting Honeywell's Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function + Develop, deploy and manage global Category Strategies including spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends + Partner closely with each of the 4 (four) SBG Integrated Supply Chain organizations to ensure early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects + Identify strategic partners, negotiate contracts and develop a Preferred Supplier List with competitive rate cards + Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes + Measure and manage supplier performance (KPI's); Savings, Payment Terms, Service Levels + Consistently deliver year-over-year productivity, payment term improvements + Deploy a regular and effective engagement model with key stakeholders that provides consistent communication and alignment + Drive and execute the Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies; align business and Sourcing initiatives to optimize and deliver year-over-year results + Coordinate Sourcing support for functional requirements between the Category team (CST) and the Global Sourcing and Procurement Operations team + Apply effective Sourcing supplier risk assessment methodologies to ensure supplier continuity **YOU MUST HAVE:** + 7+ years of experience Commodity Management/Procurement experience; preferrable in Mechcnical Commodity + Experience in developing Supply Base Management strategies with a proven record of delivering key business results + Strong negotiation skills, fluent in drafting contract terms and conditions + Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills **WE VALUE:** + Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance + Master's Degree in Business Administration + Demonstrate Honeywell behaviors Passion for Winning, Think Big and Make it Happen + Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience + Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools + Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools + Independent and strategic thinker who is highly motivated with boundless energy to get stuff done + Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management + Demonstrated Business and financial acumen + Desire to innovate, disrupt and challenge the status quo + Experience leveraging analytics for measurable business improvement **Who We Are** The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
