ATC HEALTHCARE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A STERILE PROCESSING TECHNICIAN ASSIGNMENT FOR A PROMINENT HEALTHCARE FACILITY IN OLNEY, MD, USA

Work Type: 13 Week Travel Assignment

Hourly Rate: Local - $26/hr; Travel - $30/hr
Weekly Rate: $1,040-$1,200/Shift
Location: Olney, MD
Title: Sterile Tech
Start Date: 12/02/2025
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (11:00 - 19:30)
Shift Note: Days, Weekends/Holiday and Call Required as Needed
Req: AHA BLS, CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA and Sterile Reprocessing Certification
Flu Vaccine Required

Required Minimum Qualifications:

2 Years Acute Care OR Sterile Processing Tech Required
Travel Experience Required
Chemical agents for decontamination, Cleaning equipment (crash carts, IV pumps, PCA pumps), Disinfectants, High-Level Disinfection (HLD), Manual cleaning, Proper labeling, Ultrasonic cleaner, Use of Washers/sterilizers, Aseptic Technique, Organizing trays, Placing instruments on trays, Proper labeling, Proper selection of wrapping materials, Sterilization wrapping procedures, Endoscopes, Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Sets/trays assembly, Bronchoscopes, Colonoscopes, EGD scopes, ERCP Scopes, Equipment Documentation, Sterile Processing Microsystem (SPM), Bariatric, Cardiac, Endoscopy, General, Laparoscopic, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Podiatry, Robotics, Urology, Biological indicators, Chemical indicators, Steam Sterilization Testing/monitoring, Sterrad Testing/monitoring is required
