As a Strategic Finance Senior Associate at Jasper, you will be a key contributor to driving our enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategy forward. In this role, you will partner closely with Jasper’s Sales and Commercial teams to provide financial expertise and data-driven guidance to support strategic decision-making. You will be critical in developing financial models, analyzing new market opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that shape our enterprise growth strategy.
This fully remote role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States.
Collaborate with Sales & Commercial team leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
Manage the company's top-line model and own regular forecast updates.
Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing financial performance, risks, and opportunities for leadership and board meetings.
Own analysis and reporting of Enterprise SaaS metrics to identify areas of growth & improvement.
Provide deal desk support for high-impact enterprise opportunities, ensuring alignment with financial goals while optimizing deal structures.
4-6+ years of experience across strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
Strong business & financial acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales motions. Experience partnering with GTM teams in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred.
Expertise in building & maintaining complex financial models.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant field.
Familiar with deal desk operations, including deal structuring and pricing strategies.
Proficient in SQL.
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
