You will facilitate dynamic life skills workshops, inspire children to achieve their learning targets, and develop the habits and mindset required for long-term success. What You Will Be Doing
• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-2 students, coaching them and reinforcing reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
• Teaching emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and a warm approach
• Monitoring student development and challenges, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individual connection

Basic Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our campus in San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, afterschool, coaching, or similar environments
• Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of groups of young children
• Capable of maintaining high expectations for yourself and students, and motivating children to reach their goals
• Growth mindset and coachable attitude
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
