Instead, you'll coach focused groups of self-motivated students eager to accelerate their learning, explore subjects more deeply, and take ownership of their educational journey. What You Will Be Doing
• Engaging with students daily through direct mentorship and motivational coaching—no traditional lectures, only impactful peer-style guidance
• Leveraging adaptive learning technologies and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
• Facilitating small-group sessions centered on leadership development, life skills, and practical success frameworks
• Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development plans
• Providing data, observations, and forward-thinking recommendations to advance Alpha's evolving educational approach

Basic Requirements
Student Success Coach key responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Documented history of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
• 3 year's experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA or San Francisco, CA

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
