Cathedral Ridge is the Episcopal Camp and Retreat Center in Woodland Park, Colorado. Our core values are:
We are looking for mature, creative and energetic young adults ages 18-29 who love building relationships with children and youth. Our summer camp program includes weeklong youth camps and weekend family camps. During family and youth camps, counselors will lead outdoor games and craft activities, participate in worship gatherings, and guide small group reflection times. In addition, counselors will also oversee daily cabin routines during youth camps.
In addition to our camp sessions, Cathedral Ridge hosts family reunions and parish retreats throughout the summer. To support these events, counselors will be trained to work in other areas such as cleaning or maintenance. Over the summer, counselors will gain a well-rounded experience in hospitality, leadership, skill development, communication, problem-solving and teamwork that will translate to any career field.
