Job Title: Superintendent

Job Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $130k-$160k + Strong Health Benefits / 401k Match / Vehicle / etc.

Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as a Superintendent. Experience in any of the following projects: Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Municipal, Defense, etc.


This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person Design/Build General Contractor in the Denver area.


They are heavily focused in projects related to commercial, Healthcare, Municipal, etc. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents with ground-up project experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage the project schedule
• Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
• Monitor Construction progress
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.

What You Need for this Position

• 6+ Years Experience as a Superintendent
• Experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, Education, Defense, etc.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors in Construction Management (or related) is a plus but not required
