What We're Looking For

Experience: At least 3 years of experience practicing tax law, ideally in both planning and controversy

Expertise: Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax matters; experience with business structuring, estate planning, compliance, audits, and tax disputes

Licensed: Active member of the Bar in good standing (LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required)

Independence: Comfortable managing a docket of complex tax matters with minimal oversight
