Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support clients by arranging travel logistics, ensuring accuracy in bookings, and providing high-quality service from the first consultation to the completion of the trip. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others explore the world.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals.
Provide accurate itineraries, confirmations, and updates to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Support group travel planning, events, and corporate travel needs when required.
Stay current on travel industry news, promotions, and destination trends.
Deliver outstanding service and timely support throughout the clients journey.
Qualifications
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
