Toco is hiring in-office Vehicle Service Contract Claim Adjusters in the Farmer's Branch. Applicants must have Automotive Experience. Job duties include reviewing, verifying, and processing warranty claims and associated costs. Claims Adjusters are responsible for investigating the claim to identify the cause, the cure, and the cost, adjudicating the validity of the claim, ensuring that it falls within the scope of the contract, and mitigating the costs to the benefit of the customer and company.
We administer a high volume of inbound and outbound claim calls and place heavy emphasis on organizational skills and accurate data entry. In turn, we will provide an environment steeped in a fun and growing culture, as well as a base pay, bonus structure, benefits, and 401K. Applicants must have two years of automotive mechanical experience and/or training as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, Tech, or Mechanical Claims Adjuster.
