Vehicle Service Contract Claims Adjuster Location Dallas, TX :

Please note, that this is not an accident or property insurance claim adjusting. All candidates must have mechanical automotive repair backgrounds and ASE certifications.

Toco is hiring in-office Vehicle Service Contract Claim Adjusters in the Farmer's Branch. Applicants must have Automotive Experience. Job duties include reviewing, verifying, and processing warranty claims and associated costs. Claims Adjusters are responsible for investigating the claim to identify the cause, the cure, and the cost, adjudicating the validity of the claim, ensuring that it falls within the scope of the contract, and mitigating the costs to the benefit of the customer and company.

We administer a high volume of inbound and outbound claim calls and place heavy emphasis on organizational skills and accurate data entry. Applicants must have two years of automotive mechanical experience and/or training as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, Tech, or Mechanical Claims Adjuster.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years in mechanical automotive repair or mechanical claims
• ASE Certification (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Labor Guides (Alldata, Mitchell, Chilton)
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Computer proficient
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) applicants are a plus.

• Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to think independently and make decisions
• Ability to properly execute a high degree of independent action and judgment with minimal supervision

SCHEDULE :

• In- Office
• Monday- Friday
• 8 hour shift

EXPERIENCE:

• Two years automotive mechanical experience and/or training as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, Tech, or Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Required)
• ASE Certification (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
