Position: Remote Life & Health Insurance Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients in understanding their  insurance options  and selecting the right products
  • Handle  inbound calls —no outbound cold calling
  • Provide  compassionate, professional service  to build long-term client relationships
  • Process  applications  and answer policy-related questions
  • Meet or exceed  sales performance goals  through consultative selling
  • Work independently while adhering to a consistent remote schedule

Requirements

  •   Active Life & Health Insurance License  in your state (or willingness to obtain one — assistance provided)
  •  Strong communication skills  (verbal and written)
  •   Tech-savvy  with confidence using computer systems and video conferencing
  •   Self-motivated  and organized
  •   High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older  and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  •   Veterans encouraged to apply

Work-From-Home Equipment Requirements

  • Desktop or laptop (preferably 2–3 screens for presentations)
  • Webcam (video required)
  • High-speed wired internet  (16 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (recommended: Jabra, Plantronics, Logitech)
  • Phone, tablet, or landline access for program use
