Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Virtual Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for clients planning vacations, honeymoons, group trips, cruises, and more. If you enjoy connecting with people, offering expert travel advice, and creating personalized itineraries — all while working from anywhere — this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Communicate with clients virtually (via phone, email, or chat) to understand their travel goals, preferences, and special requests.

Customized Planning: Research destinations and curate tailored travel experiences that align with client desires, whether it's luxury escapes, family getaways, or group adventures.

Reservation Management: Book travel components such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and cruises through various supplier platforms.

Travel Support: Act as a reliable point of contact before, during, and after travel — handling changes, cancellations, and unforeseen issues.

Upsell & Cross-Sell: Recommend travel enhancements such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades to maximize value and customer satisfaction.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on evolving travel restrictions, new destinations, visa requirements, and supplier promotions.

Recordkeeping: Maintain up-to-date client records, itineraries, payments, and booking confirmations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry is a plus but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional virtual presence.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning online booking tools and systems.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

  • A strong desire to help people create unforgettable travel experiences.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

Perks & Benefits:

  • 100% remote – work from anywhere!

  • Flexible schedule – part-time or full-time options available.

  • Travel perks, industry discounts, and exclusive offers.

  • Training and support provided — no experience necessary.

  • Unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses.
