We are actively seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all functions.
Manage day-to-day warehouse functions including:
Receiving and inspecting inbound shipments
Inventory management and stock control
Order picking, packing, and shipping
Handling customer returns and restocking
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Perform regular inventory checks and resolve any discrepancies.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor packaging supplies and reorder as necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and escalations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow.
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office .
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical ability to lift/move goods and operate warehouse tools/equipment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
