What You'll Be Doing:
Weekend Crisis Care: Provide measurement-based, culturally sensitive episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states during weekend shifts.
Virtual Emergency Support: Evaluate and treat patients in emergency departments, hospital medical floors, and crisis stabilization units remotely.
Collaborative Care: Work alongside onsite professionals to determine appropriate patient dispositions and deliver evidence-based care.
Treatment Provider: Direct and implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to address mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
Team Player: Utilize a collaborative care approach within partner healthcare treatment teams.
Weekend Access Champion: Help provide mental health care to those that need it most during weekend hours.
Weekend Shifts:
Weekend shifts include hours between 12:00 am Saturday to 11:59 pm EST Sunday.
What We're Looking For:
Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist.
Unrestricted, independent medical license.
Active DEA license.
Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles.
Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups.
Expertise in treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds and provide culturally competent care.
Experience working with multiple EMRs simultaneously.
Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive mindset.
Passion for delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare through technology.
Position Logistics:
100% remote position.
Requirement for a private office space for confidentiality.
Assistance with obtaining additional state licensure and DEA licenses.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $150 - $195 per hour (final offer based on experience, skills, and licenses).
