Job Description
Continental Collision Center is looking for a Painter! As a Painter, you will be painting new cars, and repairing paint jobs on old or damaged cars. This requires a lot of practice and skill.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Match color
- Paint vehicle as outlined in the repair estimate
- Buff paint as needed
- Learn all proper equipment usage and safety
- Report to the Production Manager
Reference RO for work to be completed
*
Ensure areas in need of prep are ready for refinish
*
Identify and locate all parts necessary for refinish as described in RO
*
Spray out color chips
*
Stage vehicle for assigned paint tech
*
When the workload is minimal, assist with other paint shop duties
*
Communicate with Painter and Paint techs to ensure refinish is completed in allotted cycle time
*
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
* Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Hours:
- Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday-Sunday closed
Pay:
* $22-26 per flag hour based on experience
