$14.50-16.50/hour

Morning, noon, and night, we rely on our team of Crew Members to be the face of Johnny’s. We count on you to take great care of our customers, making them glad they stopped in every time. From greeting customers with a smile to working at the checkout counter to making fresh food and beverages, you’re the key to turning shoppers into loyal customers and helping us connect to our community.  

What You’ll Do

• Say hello and thank you to every customer, making it fun to shop at Johnny’s.
• Listen to customer requests or concerns and share them with the management team.
• Politely and promptly assist customers with locating products.
• Answer basic questions about merchandise and help resolve issues. 
• Replenish and organize products in walk-in coolers, freezers, and display cases according to company-mandated planograms.
• Pull merchandise from back stock to ensure shelves are fully stocked and faced with a visually appealing presentation.
• Rotate products using the "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) method to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Inspect products for damage and accurate expiration dates.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including shelves, coolers, and the sales floor.
• Monitor cooler and freezer temperatures to ensure proper operation and report issues to management.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously with customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach horizontally and above the shoulder, grasp, bend, kneel.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. 
• Must be able to work comfortably and efficiently in a cold environment (below 32°F) for extended periods. must be able to transition between typical and cold environments frequently; store areas (68-72°F), coolers (32-41°F), and freezers (0°F). 
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate stocking and rotation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Reliability and punctuality.
