A leading Hospital system is looking for a Optime/Anesthesia Analyst. This person will be supporting perioperative services by maintaining deep expertise in assigned software and technologies. This position requires strong knowledge of clinical and operational workflows, regular communication, and thorough system review. The Analyst works closely with vendors, project teams, the hospitals business representatives, subject matter experts, and end users to ensure the system is optimized to meet organizational needs.
Core responsibilities include:
Conducting advanced workflow analysis.
Supporting data collection and reporting.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to system functionality.
Designing, building, testing, installing, and maintaining system solutions.
Developing and documenting internal procedures.
Building effective stakeholder relationships and applying critical thinking to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
The Analyst is expected to manage time independently to meet deadlines and may assist with project management activities. Flexibility is essential, as the role may require evening or weekend support for major implementations or system events, as well as participation in an on-call rotation within a hybrid work environment.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as an Epic Analyst
- Certified in Optime or Anesthesia
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to come onsite 1x a week
