The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive attendee experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, signage, materials, and logistics.
Greet and assist attendees, providing directions and information.
Support event staff, vendors, and coordinators during activities.
Help manage registration, check-in, and guest flow.
Organize event supplies and maintain cleanliness of event areas.
Assist with event breakdown and post-event reporting.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks.
Customer service or event experience is helpful but not required.
