Overview:
The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive attendee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, signage, materials, and logistics.

• Greet and assist attendees, providing directions and information.

• Support event staff, vendors, and coordinators during activities.

• Help manage registration, check-in, and guest flow.

• Organize event supplies and maintain cleanliness of event areas.

• Assist with event breakdown and post-event reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks.

• Customer service or event experience is helpful but not required.
