We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, coordinating, and executing exceptional events. Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics, including venue, vendors, and schedules
Maintain event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support client communication and ensure expectations are exceeded
Prepare materials and presentations for events
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
