Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data to provide actionable insights
• Develop and implement data analyses and data collection systems
• Support strategic planning and development initiatives across departments
• Research and evaluate market trends to inform business decisions
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role
• Proficiency with analytic tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
