Job Description

Lead Piping Designer with 10-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership potential and extensive experience in industrial piping design, particularly in evaporation and crystallization projects.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Train and oversee drafters and piping designers on assigned projects.
• Create 3D pipe layouts and cable tray designs using AutoDesk Plant 3D.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Develop and maintain pipe specifications.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Prioritize, organize, and delegate work to meet project schedules.

 
Required Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of piping design experience.
• Extensive knowledge of AutoDesk Plant 3D software.
• Checking of fabricator and supplier drawings.
• Proven experience in evaporation and crystallization projects.
• Understanding of pressure vessels, tanks and details.
• Strong understanding of pipe specifications and industrial standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor design teams.
• A plus to have worked in the following fields, Lithium, Water Treatment, Fertilizer, Chemical, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, ZLD, Pulp & Paper.
