What You'll Do:
Provide essential mental health services, including intake, therapy, and counseling, all through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online system.
Dive deep into understanding your clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by analyzing their psychological and psychosocial interactions.
Collaborate with a supportive treatment team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and discharge summaries, ensuring continuity of care.
Create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all your clients.
Facilitate therapeutic groups, addressing specific treatment issues and reinforcing positive outcomes.
Contribute valuable observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Maintain all required certifications and licenses, staying up-to-date with best practices.
What We're Looking For:
A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
Active licensure in Maryland is strongly preferred.
Your professional license must allow for independent practice (provisional licenses are not eligible).
1-3 years of experience post-licensure.
A passion for being a pioneer in the evolving field of behavioral telehealth.
Comfort and proficiency with technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An established and up to date profile with CAQH is a big plus!
