We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize custom Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and drive operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical architects to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications.
The developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging Salesforce best practices, and ensuring system performance, data integrity, and maintainability across multiple Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability standards.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging activities.
Implement and maintain data models, sharing rules, security settings, and validation rules.
Work with DevOps tools for version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins).
Collaborate with QA teams during UAT and ensure high-quality, defect-free releases.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and functionality.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models , governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
Salesforce Certifications preferred:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer I (preferred)
