So here are some Natural tips to enhance your beauty texture without harming your skin.

  • Grapes:

To reduce migraine attacks drink pure purple grape juice in morning.
To get relief from constipation enjoy a cup of grapes.
By drinking grape juice breast cancer tumors are reduced.

  • Rice:

For an ideal body scrub raw rice powder can be used.

  • Almond:

Almonds should be soaked overnight and then grind into a smooth paste by adding small amount of honey. Apply on the face and leave for 20 minutes and wash gently. This pack will smoothes the skin and removes blemishes. To digest the protein in the body eat soaked almonds at least 4-5 in morning which will be very beneficial to body.
