  • Grapes:

To reduce migraine attacks drink pure purple grape juice in morning.
To get relief from constipation enjoy a cup of grapes.

  • Rice:

For an ideal body scrub raw rice powder can be used.

  • Almond:

Almonds should be soaked overnight and then grind into a smooth paste by adding small amount of honey. Apply on the face and leave for 20 minutes and wash gently.
