Will the world end in 2012???
Posted in: General, International | Comments (0)
Mayans are accurate in mathematical calculation. People believe the predictions of Maya, because most of their predictions have come real. They say that 22nd December., the world would not exist since the previous day would have come to an end. Due to the glacial period, there will be flood everywhere. After the calamity it is predicted that, only West Africa and West China would be alive.
History of Nibiru
Ancient Sumer civilization (important for the development of agriculture, water, urban life and especially writing) named Nibiru, the planet next to Pluto. Nibiru means ‘ Planet of the crossing ‘. Nibiru’s symbol is 8 pointed stars and it is 4th dimensional flagship. The atmosphere is suspended by gold and it always looks brighter. NASA has recognized the gold particles and it can be used to plate various objects including the astronaut helmet eye shields. It was considered as the 12 th member in our solar system family of planets which includes 10 planets, sun and the moon. It is said that the Nibiru, 12th Planet also known as Marduk has came into earth’s solar system even before the Earth was formed. Nibiru planet is known to be civil celestial twelve (XII). Before 10 decades, the Sumerians had a record that if Nibiru hits the earth, it will be split into two.
Until 1982, there was no object found beyond Pluto. By the next year NASA launched an IRAS satellite to track if any object is found and estimated a big giant-like object was found and later NASA published its properties. Actually, the truth about the giant planet of Fengyun, Nibiru is that it was already discovered and recorded in ancient time literature.
It is believed that Nibiru (planet X) will sweep near the earth in 2012 and either passes close to earth or collide with it and may cause major disruptions. Some Scientists have confirmed that Nibiru will definitely collide with our planet this November or December.
Is Nibiru a gossip or real?
Everyone has a common question that Nibiru really exists or not? This has been a long time gossip and nobody knows that Nibiru actually exits or not. If so, it is similar to Pluto, a dwarfing planet. But it is exactly a kind of celestial body and can cause a major issue when it comes closer to Earth. It also sends hurtling to the inner planets.
Astronomers say that we cannot leave this issue as such because any atrocious happening can occur in space. Some researchers don’t share the Nibiru’s information to the public.
The predicted return date of Nibiru passing the earth after 3,600 years; fall on 11.11 UT on December 21st, 2012 as shown in the Mayan calendar. Some of the modern astronomers don’t agree with the writings of Sumerians. They believe that Nibiru is filled with gas and dust that almost formed as a star. There is something in that planet which other planets doesn’t have, a 3,600 year orbit cycle around the sun. It accelerates and when it moves closer to the sun while returning to the solar system, it destroys everything in front of it. It can also cause natural disasters like volcanic eruption, tsunami, earthquakes, etc. It can also cause the earth’s axis to change so that Africa is pushed to the pole and Antarctica to the equator.
Since people believe that Nibiru will pass closer to the earth it has been billed as “Doomsday planet “, which may cause disaster or at least mass extinction.
Impact of Nibiru on earth
There will not be any hit to any of the other planets except ours. When it comes closer to earth, major disasters are to be transpired. The gravitational fields and magnetic fields will cause severe natural calamity on our earth. Change of weather condition will affect all the creatures living on the earth. If that happens, that would be our last day. It is predicted that planet Nibiru will come in a circular plane similar to sun. The natural calamities will be heavier than said before and one worst thing is that, on 13th February 2013, polar axis would change its position and while the earth travels between the sun and Nibiru planet X. It is also said that right from the first day of July 2014, Nibiru’s updates will not be appeared.

Sentenced prisoner has lifetime imprisonment
Posted in: India | Comments (0)
New Delhi: A 14 year imprisonment is not provided to the detainee. The Supreme Court categorically said that he should face life time imprisonment. The bench comprising K.S.Radhakrishnan, Madan B Lokur says, a life sentenced prisoner have a wrong opinion that they can be jailed for 14 to 20 years and then he has right to release. But they do not have any rights. The life sentenced criminal should be in jail forever. The respective State Government has the authority to relieve the prisoner.
But before 14 years, the State Government had no rights to free the prisoner. There should be an end to the practice made by the State Government which releases the life sentenced prisoners during the festive and celebratory seasons. Before releasing the prisoner, all the cases related to him must be verified thoroughly.
Uniform rule is not followed for the death penalty. It is very important to examine the crime and nature of the prisoner, while punishing him. Unfortunately, proper care is not taken while giving punishments. It is not a normative sentence, while the judge takes the decision. This methodology should be modified and reviewed.
