The Telangana government on Wednesday issued orders transferring 16 Deputy Collectors across various districts in the state. The reshuffle includes postings of officers who were in the waiting list as well as inter-district transfers aimed at administrative efficiency.
2. Key Appointments to District-Level Posts
As per the orders, Additional Collector G. Padmajarani, who was on waiting duty, has been posted as District Revenue Officer (DRO) of Gadwal. Medchal DRO Haripriya has been transferred as Additional Collector of Mahabubnagar, while Serilingampally Deputy Collector K. Venka Reddy has been posted as Additional Collector of Bhongir district.
3. Transfers Involving Revenue Officials
Medak DRO D. Bhujanga Rao has been appointed as Additional Collector of Adilabad district. CCLA Assistant Secretary V. Lachi Reddy has been transferred as Estate Officer, Secunderabad. Gadwal Housing Board Project Director T. Srinivasa Rao has been posted as Gadwal RDO, while Gadwal RDO L. Alivelu has been shifted as Housing Project Director in the same district.
4. RDO-Level Reshuffle Continues
CCLA Assistant Secretary P. Ramakrishna has been transferred as Narsapur RDO. Yellareddy RDO K. Parthasinha Reddy has been moved to Chevella RDO, while Narsapur RDO K. Mahipal Reddy has been appointed as Tahsildar of Serilingampally.
5. Inter-District Postings Announced
Metpally RDO N. Srinivas has been transferred as Khammam RDO, and Khammam RDO G. Narsimha Rao has been shifted to Metpally RDO. P. Madhavi Devi, who was on the waiting list, has been appointed as Personal Assistant to the Special Collector of Nalgonda district.
6. Promotions and Special Appointments
Prabhakar Rodda, who was recently promoted as Deputy Collector, has been posted as Yellareddy RDO. Deputy Collector Ravinder Reddy Edla has been appointed as Special Deputy Collector in KUDA. These postings are part of the broader restructuring exercise.
7. Instructions Issued by Revenue Department
The government also directed V. Aruna, Estate Officer of Secunderabad, to report to the government. The transfer orders were issued by Revenue Department Secretary D.S. Lokesh Kumar, marking a significant reshuffle within the state revenue administration.
